Cancellation Policy
The Sweep Spot Co, Comprehensive Policies and Statements Effective Date: January 1, 2026 1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Operational Policies We are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services. A. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion, we will schedule a free re-clean to address the specific areas of concern within 2 business days. If, after the re-clean, you remain dissatisfied, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a partial or full-service credit toward a future cleaning. Services are based on the scope agreed upon in your booking . If a property's condition requires significantly more time than estimated, we will co-agreed upon in your booking. If a property's condition requires significantly more time than estimated, we will contact you to approve an additional charge. Payment for services is due on the day the service is performed. Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to a late fee of $ 25. B. Client Responsibilities Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the property and a reasonably decluttered environment to allow our team to clean efficiently. Our team is instructed not to handle pet waste, bodily fluids, or other biohazards.
