Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At The Sweep Spot co., we value your time and the time of our professional cleaning team. When you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can continue providing high-quality service to all our clients, we have established the following policy: 1. Notice Period If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us enough time to offer the opening to another client on our waiting list. 2. Late Cancellation Fees Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 flat fee. Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of service or within 4 hours of the scheduled arrival time will be charged 50% of the total service cost. 3. Lock-Out Policy If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property (due to a locked door, incorrect gate code, or being turned away at the door), a Lock-Out Fee of 75% of the service cost will apply to cover travel expenses and staff wages. 4. How to Cancel To cancel or reschedule, please use the "Manage Booking" link in your confirmation email, or contact us directly via phone or email.
